Phone addiction is a new addiction associated with the use of cell phones and using it for many hours.
However, the enormous demand will also bring notable privacy threat to the public. In the past, people had to stand near landlines connection to receive calls.
If there is an accident the person can call for people for help. Cellular phones were originally for cars only. They spend hours in front of the mobile phone, talking to their friends, girlfriends, and boyfriends and even just checking what others posted on social networks such as Facebook or Instagram.
Generally, they have more functions than traditional land lines and need to be charged after a period of time. However, these cellular devices have a few negatives. It is nearly impossible to imagine entering any public setting without encountering at least one person using a cell phone because this has become a part of normal, everyday life.
The radiation from cell phones and their towers has been linked to causing cancer, they are a huge source of distraction, and these phones can sometimes overheat and catch on fire.
As I stated in the previous lines, cellphones are popular because of what they bring to people, especially because of their accessibility.
The result of this is that people may lack the benefits of engaging with others in conversation and the closeness this brings.
